Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024 Palouse Pregnancy & Parenting Fair! If you are a previous vendor, you may have noticed that the event name now encompasses the entire parenting spectrum and all the resources/support that is needed. Parents of all ages and stages, along with their children, are welcome and encouraged to attend this event.

Your participation helps increase awareness of your organization, as well as raise money for birth & postpartum doula scholarships. All proceeds will go towards our doula scholarship fund and you will be provided with a receipt for your table fee for tax purposes.

The event will be hosted indoors in the various rooms/levels of the 1912 Center in Moscow. This year we will be offering full and half table options. A full 8-foot table is a fee of $175 and a half of $100. You can request to share a table with another business, otherwise you will be assigned as the PDC sees fit. Your vendor fee includes your full/half table, a white tablecloth, up to 4 chairs, and light refreshments. Electrical plug-ins can be provided as needed and available. Along with event advertisements all around the Palouse and surrounding area, each vendor will be featured on the Palouse Doula Collective social media pages.
